Hello everyone, and happy first week of spring! We officially passed through the spring equinox on Monday evening, which means more daylight hours and warmer weather as we look forward to an April filled with fun new activities to do together.
This April, we are looking forward to focusing on health on every level—mental, emotional, physical, and societal. As our Annual General Meeting (AGM) approaches, we will also be discussing what the AGM is for, how to participate in it, and the differences between paid and unpaid membership.
