Women on the Rise is Hiring a Proximity worker!

The proximity worker position aims to reach isolated, underserved families directly in their local environment and/or their homes, by acting as a bridge to connect these families to community resources, services and support. This position involves visiting homes and accompanying persons to various resources as needed. This is a new, 3-year pilot project offering a unique opportunity to empower families and positively impact the community.
